I'm jumping in a little before Alice which is probably good because I'm starting out in a worse physical state than she is. We have been making a good team Alice is motivating and I am putting together all the information for the plan.
My plan starts tomorrow and that is getting a decent schedule and getting over my fear of the gym.
1200-leave house
1215-get to gym
1220-actually get on machine
1250-hit the showers
1315-leave for work
Hopefully going at lunch time wont be too awful..
